Adi Insights’ 3rd SuiteWorld has been the best one yet! With over 8,000 attendees, SuiteWorld 2016 has proven to be a can’t miss event for cloud computing professionals. Not only do we value the opportunity to connect with our customers, we have been learning whats planned for future NetSuite releases and gained useful insights into how our integrations are helping quick service resturants and fast moving retail.

In this presentation Rachael shows the actual interface that managers use day to day. She looks at creating shift schedules using qualified and cost effective staff in a single touch and how each schedule shows forecasted hourly sales, actual customer numbers and the real time customer to staff ration. These metrics maximise the opportunity to provide consistent customer service.
NetSuite not only gives us the opportunity to speak to our customers and learn what their real needs are, but it’s also giving back with a social concious with a handful of volunteers taking a break from the high-tech to give back to the wider community. NetSuite’s partnership with Stop Hunger Now has a goal to pack 50,000 meals by the end of the conference. “Stop Hunger Now” is a Raleigh, NC-based organization that has packaged more than 225 million meals since its 1998 inception. SuiteWorld proves that it’s not always about business and recognizes the importance of giving back.
SuiteWorld’s mantra is “Make Bold Happen”
One company exemplifying this mentality is Adi Insights partner Hein and Associates. Hein and Associates took home NetSuite’s Innovator of the Year award due to their creation of Barrel ERP, designed for breweries. According to Kristin Steele, of Hein and Associates:
“The similarities between beer, wine and distilled spirits, not limited to their use of barrels, inspired not only the name Barrel ERP, but a solution that could be used across all three micro-verticals of the craft beverage industry. Hein created three editions, each with the unique customizations specific to the brewery, winery, and distillery processes, but leveraging their commonalities. The team partnered with a regional craft brewery to complete the solution and as they’ve continued to demonstrate and add customers to their portfolio, the feedback is consistent: “Thank you! This is what the craft beverage industry was missing.”
