Review hours that have been approved by the Manager. Staff can accept the hours as they are or begin a dispute to discuss with the Manager if the approved hours don’t reflect the time they worked.
Advanced filtering allows Staff to filter down to their shifts. Configurable Trade options allow Staff to Drop or Swap shifts with Manager approval if they are no longer available for an upcoming shift.
Once a Staff puts a Shift up for Swap, they will receive notifications when other Staff respond with Swap offers. They can review all the offers then click on the Shift they want to take and click Accept to send the Swap to the Manager for approval.
Once Staff have agreed on a Swap, the Manager will receive a notification. The Manager can see the cost difference of the Swap and approve or deny the Swap which will notify the Staff involved.
Find a fill-in fast when someone calls off or no shows. The Manager can see a list of other Staff that are able to work the same job with their associated shift cost difference to make the most informed decision.
Staff will receive notifications if they have not yet punched in or out for their Shift. Managers will also receive notifications, cutting down on missed punches and time fraud.
In one view, the Staff are able to see their Scheduled time, Timesheet, and Approved time to ensure they will be paid correctly, cutting down on payroll errors and improving employee satisfaction.
